Which images does Padfold change?

Only product images whose width or height is below 500 pixels. Images that already meet Google's 500×500 minimum are left alone.

What does a fix look like?

The original image is placed, at its original size, in the centre of a canvas of at least 500×500 pixels filled with a matching background colour. Nothing about the product is stretched, upscaled or generated.

Can I undo a fix?

Yes. Padfold keeps each original and can put it back on the product.

What happens when I uninstall?

Fixed images stay on your products. Padfold deletes the originals it stored and everything else it holds for your store 48 hours after you uninstall.

Does a fixed image guarantee approval in Merchant Center?

No. Padfold makes images meet Google's published size minimum; Google checks products against many other requirements. Padfold is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
